Safety Tips

The vast majority of Midwestguntrader Users are trustworthy and legit.

With any large group of people, there are always some people that are not

always well-intentioned.  That being said, please keep in mind the subject

matter of this site.  We are buying / selling / trading firearms afterall.  With

that, there are inherent dangers that must not be forgotten.

Even though the people you meet off this site seem well intentioned, they are

still strangers.  In saying that, when meeting strangers it is a good idea to:

        - Meet in a public, well lit place.

        -Whenever possible do not go alone

        -Always let someone know where you are

        -Always have a cell phone on you.

        -If something seems fishy, bail.  You don't HAVE to do anything.

            If you don't like the situation, walk away.
